Standard Shipping Policy and Firearm Shipping Policy


Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. For each individual order, we select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery. Standard shipping methods include the United States Postal Service, FedEx and UPS. Please allow 5-10 business days for standard shipping.

If you provide us with your UPS or FedEx account information we may ship overnight for faster delivery.


Standard Return Policy 

Sometimes it is just not possible to cancel an order, or to cancel it in-time.  So please, do your best to make sure you want an item before you order, as there is no guarantee that we can cancel your order before it ships. If we were unable to get your order cancelled in time, please note, you can send the package back to us for a full refund, minus the shipping cost. Customer is also responsible for providing a return shipping label.

Suppressor and NFA Cancellations

NFA orders required additional processing on our end, thus the cancellation policies are more complex.

  • Orders cancelled before the Form 3 has been filed will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
  • Orders cancelled after the Form 3 has been filed will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
  • Once the ATF has approved a Form 3, no cancellations will be accepted, and the can will be shipped to your dealer as it will have already been transferred to them with the ATF.

Please be aware of these policies and understand that by ordering a suppressor through our website, you accept these terms fully.

Returns Without Cause

We want to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases and understand plans can change or products may not quite meet your needs/expectations. If you aren't happy with your purchase, you can return eligible products as follows:

  • For a full refund, minus shipping costs, for up to 10 days.
  • For a full refund minus 25% restocking fee, minus shipping costs, for days 10-30.
  • Gunfighter Supply does not refund any shipping costs for orders returned without cause. This includes original shipping costs and return shipping costs.

Please include your name, order number, a note requesting that a return be processed, and the reason. Once our staff has the opportunity to inspect the item's condition and verify its state, we'll issue a refund. We do not refund shipping costs, sorry! Just like a brick-and-mortar store wouldn't pay for your gas to drive the item back.

Failure to include all requested information may delay any refunds or exchanges. We apologize up front!

  • Items must be in new condition, unopened if it ships in a sealed package, and unmounted, and undamaged.
  • Items must be returned with ALL accessories, parts, tools, documentation, and other materials as shipped from our shop. Failure to return everything for that item in question will automatically incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • As noted, Gunfighter Supply is not responsible for return shipping costs.


  • We cannot accept returns on serialized items such as lower receivers or firearms, or NFA items. We cannot make exceptions to this rule - once we transfer an item, it's no longer ours. Please understand that we hate to put our customers in this position, but it's the nature of the industry and the legal implications on NFA items.
  • We do not accept returns on ammunition. This is a liability issue - we cannot make exceptions.
  • We do not accept returns on barrels that have been removed from their packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that appear to have been mounted or assembled.
  • Orders cannot be modified, changed, or cancelled after shipping. 
  • Custom orders cannot be returned or cancelled. 

Returns with Cause

If we made a mistake, we'll make it right if notified within 10 days of receipt of item. We will either work with you to swap out the item, offer store credit to make it right in lieu of a return, or refund the item upon return.

  • You'll receive a pre-paid return shipping label by email. Please ensure the email you used for the order is accurate - if it isn't, you won't get the label.
  • Once we receive the shipment and we inspect it, we will ship out the correct item, issue store credit, or refund the order.
  • The same conditions apply as above, returned item must be in new condition. If it has been opened, mounted, or damaged, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.


In the event that a refund is necessary, please understand that it can take 3-7 business days for it to process. If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of getting the order update, please send us an email at [email protected] inquiring to the status. We'll do everything we can to resolve any refund issue to your satisfaction.



Federal law requires all modern firearms be shipped to a holder of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). We will Only ship Firearms to active FFL holder.

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the manufacturer.  Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.


Ammunition Purchases

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*


In-Store Availability

Not all items on our website are available in-store.


Fraud / Identity Theft

As an added precaution to protect our customers from fraud and identity theft, we may require additional identification / verification for transactions totaling $1,000 or more.
